Your Member Centre is your online account. It’s the place where you can see your benefits, submit claims, update your information, and manage your dependants anytime, anywhere!

Getting setup
Once you are added to a Plan, you’ll get a Welcome email.
- Open the email
- Click the Setup button
- Create a password
- Add your personal information
- Add banking details for direct deposit
- Add dependants if your Plan allows it
Pro tip: add all your details from the get-go! Reimbursements are sent by direct deposit, so double check those banking details to make sure your funds flow smoothly into your account.

What you can do in your Member Centre
Menus and clickable resources are available from your dashboard to access more detailed information about your Plan and make updates to your account.
You'll be able to submit and review claims, add dependants and keep your personal information up to date. Additionally, you'll find more information about your Plan features and have quick access to reach out to our team via a handy dandy Support Form.

Keep your account up-to-date
Make sure your email address and direct deposit details are current. This way, we’ll always be able to reach out to you, and ensure your reimbursements get to your bank account!
We use the email in your profile to send updates and login links. You can add more than one email but make sure your personal email is your primary. That way you won't lose access if a work email changes.
Updating or adding emails is fast and easy and keeps everything running smoothly.
