Getting started
You’ll receive a Welcome Message via email. This email will feature an easy to click button which will take you to your Member Centre setup.
You’ll enter information step by step to activate your account. Once you’re all setup, you’ll be ready to go. Access 24/7 - no waiting for business hours.
What you see
Once you’re logged in you’ll have access to:
- Balance information, depending on benefit features
- Detailed information about eligibility
- Plan documents and resources
- Claims history and current claim status
What you can do
Your Member Centre lets you:
- Submit and track claims online
- Update your personal information
- Add dependants (For HSAs and WSAs and EHBs and accessory benefits)
- Update your banking information
- Add a secondary email address
- Reach out to our Customer Experience team via support form
- Directly access the Help Centre to learn more about your Plan
