The Plan Centre is your secure, online portal for managing your benefit Plan. What you can do there depends on your role, whether you are handling billing, administration, or acting as the ultimate boss level: Plan Sponsor.
In short, if you manage the Plan, the Plan Centre is where the magic happens!

What you can do in the Plan Centre
Your Plan Centre is designed to help you manage your Plan quickly and easily, all in one place. Depending on your role, you can use it to:
- Assign administrators to your Plan
- View Plan details like features, contribution amounts, and renewal dates
- Manage Plan Members online – add and deactivate as needed
- Update banking details for Plan billing (Plan Sponsor Contact)
- Access statements and reports anytime
If it’s related to the ongoing management of your Plan, the Plan Centre is usually the right place to start.
