If you have a Blendable HSA Rollover or a standalone Group RRSP, your funds are invested on your behalf with our partner, Assumption Life.
Making investment choices can feel tricky, but the process itself is pretty straightforward.

How the investment process works
When it is time to invest your Group RRSP funds, you will receive an enrolment form from Blendable.
On the enrolment form, you will:
- Provide your personal information
- Select how you want your funds invested
Once Blendable receives your completed enrolment form, we pass that information along to Assumption Life.
Your account will then be setup, and your funds will be invested. You’ll be able to review your investments at any time through the Assumption Life Client Corner.
Choosing your investments
The Group RRSP enrolment form includes a list of the available investment funds.
These options vary in:
- Risk level
- Growth potential
- Market focus
Assumption Life also offers SmartSeries funds. These are designed as a simpler option for many investors. SmartSeries funds automatically adjust over time based on a target date, which is typically the year you expect to retire.
If you want more detail before making a choice, Assumption Life provides Fund Facts and fund performance information that explain how each fund works, what the costs are, and how it has performed in the past.
