Some Peace of Mind benefits are based on a Member’s salary. This means it’s important that the salary information we have is up-to-date.
Changes in salary can impact a Member's Peace of Mind benefit amounts and the premiums associated with those benefits. You can let us know any time a Member’s salary changes by saying hello@blendable.ca.
At a minimum, as part of your renewal, we'll ask you to review your Members' current salaries and send us any updated information before your new Benefit Period begins.
This helps make sure both their Peace of Mind benefit amounts and the associated premiums are based on the right salary information.
We've made that easier by using the Member list you can download directly from your Plan Centre.

Getting your Member list
To provide us with your updated salary information, you can start by downloading your current Member list from your Plan Centre.

Adding salary information
Once you’ve downloaded your Member list, open the file and add a new column called Salary.
Enter the current salary for each Member in the new column. You don’t need to change any of the existing information in the file.
Sending your updates to us
Once you’re all finished with adding the salary information, save your updated Member list using a descriptive file name.
Then, follow the instructions in your renewal email to send the completed file back to us.
