Unfortunately, no. Health Spending Accounts aren't cash accounts.
In fact, the only intended use for HSA funds is for the reimbursement of eligible medical expenses.
That means you can only use the funds for reimbursing your eligible claims.
If we broke the 'rules' you could be subjected to negative tax implications and we don't want that!
If you leave your Plan and still have funds in your account, no problem! Depending on your Plan Type, remaining funds might be available to you until the funds are used up. Alternatively, with some Plans, you'll have a claim submission deadline and then the funds are returned to the Plan.
